**Christmas Returns Policy**

We know Christmas shopping gets us in the festive spirit, but sometimes you might change your mind, that’s why we’ve extended our normal returns policy over the festive period, for items ordered online between Friday 15th November 2024 and Wednesday 25th December 2024.

• You need to notify us (Jerryco Clothing) of your wish to cancel your order by 14th January by emailing us at jerrycoclothing@gmail.com.
• You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us to return the item(s) to us.

Other terms and conditions of our returns policy below still remain valid.

Returns Terms and Conditions

• You (the buyer) have the right to cancel from when you place your online order and up to 14 days from the day you receive your item(s).
• You need to notify us (Jerryco Clothing) of your wish to cancel your order within this 14-day time period by emailing us at jerrycoclothing@gmail.com.
• You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your request to return the item(s) to us.
• Returning the item(s) will be made at your own cost.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. 
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and labels attached from its original packaging.
• We (Jerryco Clothing) cannot arrange freight or collect services for the item(s) returned to us, and it is important that you consider the type of  postal/courier service and cover required to ensure we receive the returned item(s).  

Returns Process

1. To start a return, contact us at jerrycoclothing@gmail.com indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Our returns address is: Jerryco Clothing, Roundwood Cottage, Ffordd Penrhwylfa, Prestatyn, Denbighshire, UK, LL198HW. 
3. Securely package up the item(s) to be returned.
4. Return the item(s) to us.  Please kindly note it is the buyer's responsibility to consider the type of postal/courier service and cover required to ensure we receive the returned item(s). 
5. We will inspect the returned item(s) and contact you if there are any queries.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale/reduced price items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), and let you know if the returned item(s) are acceptable. Most returns are processed within 5 working days after we receive your item(s). If you do not hear from us within 10 working days of sending your item(s) back, please contact us with your order number and details of the item(s) returned and our friendly team will kindly assist you. The refund will be issued to your original payment method/account. You should then receive your refund within 10 working days from your bank or credit card company.
