Returns Policy
We have a transparent returns policy if you wish to return your item(s). This means you can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with an item in any way, for any reason, we will refund or exchange it.
Returns Terms and Conditions
- You (the buyer) have the right to cancel from when you place your online order and up to 14 days from the day you receive your item(s).
- You need to notify us (Jerryco Clothing) of your wish to cancel your order within this 14-day time period by emailing us at info@jerrycoclothing.com with your order number.
- You then have a further 14 days from the date we confirm the return is accepted to return the item(s) to us.
- Returning the item(s) will be made at your own cost.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and labels attached from its original packaging.
- We (Jerryco Clothing) cannot arrange freight or collect services for the item(s) returned to us, and it is important that you consider the type of postal/courier service and cover required to ensure we receive the returned item(s).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale or reduced-price items, gift cards, or any personalised or custom-made products, including items that have been customised for Helite compatibility.
Christmas returns
Items purchased between Tuesday 18th November 2025 and Saturday 13th December 2025 enjoy extended returns and can be returned anytime up to Sunday 11th January 2026.
Returns Process
- To start a return, contact us at info@jerrycoclothing.com indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the order number.
- We will advise if your return is accepted.
- Securely package up the item(s) to be returned.
- Return the item(s) to us at: Jerryco Clothing, Roundwood Cottage, Ffordd Penrhwylfa, Prestatyn, Denbighshire, UK, LL198HW.
- Please kindly note it is the buyer's responsibility to consider the type of postal/courier service and cover required to ensure we receive the returned item(s).
- We will inspect the returned item(s) and contact you if there are any queries.
- If everything is in order, we will start the refund process as soon as we receive the returned item(s).
Refunds
Most returns are processed within 5 working days after we receive your item(s). If you do not hear from us within 5 working days of sending your item(s) back, please contact us with your order number and details of the item(s) returned and our friendly team will kindly assist you.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You should then receive your refund typically within 10 working days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Please note:
- Refunds will cover the price paid for the item(s), less any discounts applied at the time of purchase
- Where a return is made under the 14-day cooling off period, the cost of UK standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) will be refunded in line with UK consumer law
- If an upgraded delivery service was selected at checkout, including Royal Mail Tracked 24, only the standard delivery service will be refunded. Any additional delivery charges are non-refundable
- For international orders, the cost of our standard international delivery service for the destination country will be refunded where required by law. Upgraded delivery services, customs duties, taxes, and return postage costs are non-refundable
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
